The Energetic Matrix is the formless space that allows the message to appear or manifest from the non-physical into a form that the physical body can receive and comprehend. It’s used as the bridge between the physical world and the non-physical.

The Steps

1. Gather any pens/paper/meditation music you need for your own process.
2. Get comfortable and situated. Make sure your clothes are comfortable for meditation.
3. Clear the mind meditation for 3 – 5 minutes.
4. Walk up the celestial staircase and go to matrix room.
5. In the matrix room, create the event/experience you would like to have. While you are creating, pay close attention to what is happening in your auric body and emotional body.
6. When you feel a block in your energetic body, physically or energetically move it to the “transformation bin” in the matrix room, or simply shift it within your auric field to a more helpful place.
7. If it feels particularly stuck, use the matrix room to step outside of your body and shift it from there.
8. Go back down the celestial staircase and close up shop.
