So, as a professional psychic + energy healer, I find having a great relationship with my intuition to be a wonderful asset to my life.

When I have a great relationship with my intuition, it’s easier to ask for clarification. I can go with the flow and do what I feel called to do.

But sometimes it can feel confusing. Is it really your intuition or is it ego? Or is it just wishful thinking?

    It’s good to hear how important it is to express grievances. Sometimes it’s really hard to acknowledge how I feel when things go wrong, and it’s easy to assign blame to myself firstly. This helped by letting me know that if I can express gratitude sincerely when things go well for me, then it’s also possible and necessary to express the flipside sincerely as well!

      Yes! It can be hard to acknowledge those feelings – we’ve been trained out of them and into self-blame. And while there will be times when we genuinely did make a mistake, that feeling of directing anger at the self is rarely productive. (There are times when it is productive because all emotions have a place!)
