GREAT video presentation and very timely for me. I so love your style and your work.
I had a reiki session yesterday (locally) with a woman that has done reiki for me for a couple years…and I so needed it. I had everything but my third eye blocked or reversed. I was a hot mess so to speak.
Anyway as the reiki treatment began, essential oils (release) was given to me and during the beginning meditation, I started to just cry. I could sense that my breathing was so wacko and then as I cried and released more I began to finally relax. As the reiki progressed and I was able to breathe better and more normally, I noticed that I kept seeing vivid dark purple with black edging, kinda like going into a tunnel and/or a kalideoscope effect, but the ball always became that deep purple and brilliant. I kept seeing this over and over as the reiki treatment progressed. I also saw a distinct image of a salad and piece of pizza at Pizza Hut….not sure where that came from and I also saw a guy on a staircase (looked like my office) who had an orange t-shirt on and khaki pants. Likely just residual from a hellacious week at work.
Anyway, I so appreciated the video. It was so well done and helpful.

Thanks, Peggy!!! That sounds like it has to do with your third eye chakra or crown chakra (depending on how you experience it) clearing out some energy. I’m so glad you got such a powerful reiki treatment.

Hi Erin. I’ve been perusing your site today. Lots of good information. I almost always see colors when closing my eyes and clearing my mind. It especially helps at night when I’m having trouble falling asleep. I find it so relaxing. I can’t recall seeing any other color than blue, indigo or violet — they’re so similar I can’t tell which one I’m really seeing. However, I didn’t realize this made me clairvoyant. Really, how so?
Hi Stephanie, welcome to the site! As far as clairvoyance is concerned, it’s really simple… clairvoyance means “clear vision” so if you see images, that’s the “sight”… too often we get caught up with the terms assuming that being clairvoyant means we also know what the visions mean, or that they are going to be like a movie picture in our mind seeing exactly what will happen. Unfortunately, it’s almost always much more subtle and more complex than that. Those colors, though, are almost always associated with the chakras. Go ahead and refer to your chakra sheet (if you’re on the email list) to see what they mean and which chakras are trying to come through!
Hi ! Thanks for the information. I experienced my very first reiki treatment yesterday and can’t believe the colours and visuals I began to see. I’m really not familiar with the practise , I was really only aware that our body had chakras and that this treatment wasn’t your typical massage (not much more did I know). the best part was that my reiki master forgot to tell me That i may see colours or images so it sure was a real treat. To this day it was the most spiritual moment of my life. I look fwd to learning more. Thank you for the resources.

I have a question that I can’t seem to get a definite answer on.
When I meditate I see the “rainbow”. I have been told that it means I’m not balanced, I am open to everything, I am picking up on every little vibration, and that it means all my Chakras are open and active. I am curious to know your opinion of this. The colours I see aren’t gradient, ie from pink down to indigo. They swirl, twist, wrap around each other, but always in perfect fluidity. I thoroughly enjoy this and can lose myself in it for hours (I have :-}) and I am relaxed, peaceful and content. Though I enjoy this, I don’t know what it means.

I see color in my meditation, I can only remember I see violet or blue color, and rarely white. I am curious, if the colors are related to the chakras, why I didn’t see any other colors other than the blue or violet? I remember I see color when I was young, I didn’t learn about these spiritual knowledge like chakras or meditation until recent years. Sometimes, I even can see the color moving in front of my eyes with eyes open. Is it possible the color is associated with my spiritual guides or other spiritual being?
I was interested in listen to this video because I do not typically meditate but I often would concentrate on colors or swirls I would see you when I was trying to fall asleep at night. Now I fell asleep so fast that I told have that time but now I’m curious to download the guide and try some medications I’m curious about one thing though I orgasm I often see the same type of squirrels are colors are burst of colors but there typically a different color every time I often wondered if that depending on my mood or something else involved in the process do you think that could be similar I’m in a more relaxed and not actively thinking. Kind of a crazy question maybe!! Thanks so much!
I have had a pretty unique experience with seeing colors during meditation. I have found no one else that has had this experience, and wonder what it means?
I was meditating in the sun, and with eyes closed saw a most brilliant and beautiful field of red. No shapes or “swirling patterns”. I though it was just the sunlight shining through my closed eyes. I just maintained quiet mindfulness and admired the extraordinary colors, which was exceptionally vibrant and like nothing I had seen. It came to my mind that it would be interesting to see other colors with this same vibrancy. I thought of what a green would look like – as soon as I did the “field of view” briefly went a grey color (but a beautiful vibrant grey) which gradually become a beautiful green. Not imagination! As I tried various other colors, some would come and some wouldn’t. But I did seem to have some control of the color. My feelings and thoughts didn;t really change, I don;t think I was changing focus on any chakras. It was just a cool experience and each color was outstanding. I wonder what purpose having such an ability could mean? Since that time, sometimes when I meditate, usually, I don;t have the ability to change colors. Typically I get red or reddish orange. Sometimes, I would guess 10 percent of the time or less, I do have some degree of ability to chose the color I am viewing, although sometimes I can only get one different color than red, At one time or another I have seen all of the colors associated tot he chakras, as well as the grey static field between colors.
Hi. When I meditate starting with green colours of dots. Then dark blue of waves passing by. black hole expanding towards me and staying black. Can you please tell me what it means. Thank you ????
