    thats was awesime, thank you so much. my brow chakra is massive and i often even feel the muggy sensation when i am in public, which is me basically picking up on stuff that is not mine. oh my god. thank you so much. u nailed it with this video. i am so grateful you were recomended to me.
    i wish my hands were as sensitive as u say so that i can feel where my energy body is. the expansion and contraction is something i can practice also. awesome work. Well done us 😀

    On reducing your energy, are you focusing on the 7 chakra pts making them small (ping pongs) or are you focusing on the energy field around your body bringing that in?
    When should you expand your energy again? Any specific technique to use?

      Hi Ronda, I recommend working with all 7 major chakras for this exercise. I’d recommend expanding your chakras to about softball size before leaving the house and going about your day… but play with it. Everyone has a slightly different size of energy they prefer.
