Introduction to the Inner Steel Technique

I have been working on this video for the last two days almost non-stop. I wanted it to be perfect for you because this video could change your life.

The Inner Steel Technique is my baby. I’ve been “slaving away” on it, refining it, learning its nuances ever since I “discovered” it in Februrary of this year. To be honest, I really feel like it discovered me.

It combines the science of body postures, the power of the law of attraction, and the peace of meditation.

This is a life changing combination.

Here’s what a couple of my brave “test subjects” had to say after completing a 15 day program using the Inner Steel Technique twice a day.

    The meditation while doing the pose, brought a release of the tension i was holding in my body….I felt very light and relaxed afterwards. I didn’t want the meditation to stop, the music along with your voice were very soothing. Thank you very much Reverend Kerti!
